Over the years we have been so fortunate to know Robbie and his family and to avail ourselves of his business. We have owned quite a variety of automobiles and a considerable array of varying performance issues with them. However, we never encountered one that Robbie and his team were not able to handle, reasonably and speedily. Perhaps the most glowing characteristics associated with his services are honesty and very high levels of customer service. The consummate professionals!

I took my car for an oil change they talked me into changing my air filters as well, also said they top off all fluids and rotate tires. $200 later I pick up my truck. Fast forward 2 days I’m about to head out on a 15 hr roadtrip, start my truck and it says low oil. I check the dipstick and no oil shows up. I call and drive there now adding an extra hour onto my trip, not to mention could’ve blew my motor up. They apologize and say the guy forgot to add the last quart and added 5 instead of 6. I watched them add a lot more than 1 qt, not to mention the oil light doesn’t come on till it’s below half empty. I then point out none of the other fluids were topped off, the guy again lies to me like I’m idiot and says that is the overflow reservoir it’s up to the line, the line I’m looking right at that it was not up to. While I’m inside I see them through the window topping off my fluids that he just told me were all good. So at this point if you couldn’t even get an oil change right how do I know you even bothered to change my air filters. I’m sorry a fake apology and a handful of lies weren’t enough for my inconvenience and almost destroying my truck. I could’ve been stranded on the side of the road with alone with my child had I not been lucky enough to figure this out before I got on the highway. I lost an hour of time I couldn’t afford to lose! If it was my business my apology would’ve came with a refund not lies!!! Don’t trust them!
