I took my Kia in as the air bag light was on and for a routine trip check. As a result of the check Shawn had the serpentine belt replaced. He also checked with Kia and found the air bag was under warranty. So we were able to have that fixed at Kia with no cost. Thanks Shawn for your efforts that saved us hundreds of dollars!

I was very happy with the service I received, even though the news was not what I had hoped for. It looks like I will have to trade in my car after all, but at least I can bring the new one to you to get checked out. then I will be sure that I have made a sound purchase and you can start taking care of this one from the very start .
