Very disappointed in the service received. Scratches on front of hood, did an alignment with loose tie rod ends...left greasy hand prints inside vehicle. WILL NOT RETURN! No recommendations from me.
Kevin, we really are sorry to hear that we left you feeling that way. In regards to your hood; we always make it a top priority to handle our customers vehicle as if it was our own. Although we could not correlate how the scratch on the hood could have come from us, we still willingly offered to take care of it for you by getting you in touch with our body repair specialist. As for your loose tie rod ends, you had multiple components in your front end with play. We did get your pressing concerns addressed but the minor play in the tie rods wasn’t going to be enough to keep us from performing an accurate alignment. The grubby pawprints is inexcusable; we pride ourselves on being cleanly in a notoriously greasy profession. For that, we are sorry. We do our best to stay in tune with these machines but if something doesn’t go according to plan, we always do our best to make it right.
