Absolute excellent service. Talked to me like i’m a competent human being, was very honest and thorough about everything that needed servicing. Didn’t try to sell me things I didn’t need or overcharge me for services. I am very happy with them, actually happier than i’ve ever been with any auto mechanic service i’ve been to. Very thorough about everything including pictures of the things that needed servicing. Took extra time out of their day to give me advice on maintaining my vehicle. I couldn’t recommend them enough, i’m just overjoyed with my experience. Very very good communication. Just an amazing company with even more amazing people working for them. :)

Robbie’s did a great job. They quoted a price, scheduled and completed the work and had the vehicle ready when requested. Charged me what they quoted. Didn’t try to upsell me. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional. So happy to have found them!

I went here for the first time on Monday with an appointment. Got me right in on time and kept me informed through the whole process. I had not had my car serviced and looked at as detailed as they did here. I surely appreciated it as a woman who knows nothing about cars. Robbie, JJ and crew are the BEST in M.I. They diagnose my vehicle and give details on what needs to be done, not diagnose your vehicle and do the labor without your consent to begin. They are kind, fast and thorough, reminiscent of mechanics in the 40's & 50's. They even clean your headlights for you so you have increased visibility for free. They are the Go-To mechanics.
