Unfortunately i had a terrible experience here. I went here on a recommendation from a friend for a power steering leak about a month ago and to this day its still leaking my power steering. i paid 650 for the job to get done which was 2x the amount of the highest internet given value, so prices weren't fair. the leak was gone for approx. 30 hours until it started leaking again. I brought it in a second time and they told me it would be 750 to replace my water pump and the power steering was fine and i didnt get the pump fixed. I brought it a third time because it was definitely power steering still leaking but yes now all of a sudden i have a water pump leak that i didn't have a a week prior to that. On the third visit they verified my power steering was still leaking and they could fix it for another 250$ Thats my complete experience with this place, hopefully if you go here you have a better experience.
Hi Tom, We appreciate your honest feedback and understand your frustrations. We always want our customers to leave our shop happy and hate to hear that was not your experience. The original diagnosis of your vehicle showed an exceptionally large leak in the pump while the vehicle was operational. Since the pump was the source of the leak, the pump was replaced however, the surrounding components were not replaced as they were not contributing to the leak. That is why for 30 hours there was no leak. Now the leak occurs when the vehicle is off. Due to the high-pressure system being now in full operation and not leaking, the pressure has now caused the connecting hose to begin to leak. When replacing pumps, pressure builds which unfortunately creates the potential to expose the next weakest component, in this case being the hose. With your satisfaction being our #1 priority, we are willing to provide the part for you to purchase at our cost and will install it, forgoing our labor charge. Please note however the car does still have an issue with the radiator, water pump, and non-functioning windows which will require additional materials and labor to repair.
