To begin with, all shops are very busy. They have alot of different jobs going on for numerous clients all at the same time. I'm sure this makes it difficult to communicate with said clients while still achieving jobs in a timely manner. With that being said, not once was I not completely informed on what the status of my vehicle was or what the next steps were in fixing it and getting it back in a timely manner. Hats off to the well oiled machine that Robbies is. Not only will I be back when the situation arises, but I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else.
