I always like to leave positive reviews, and regarding the service and communication this shop is very good and helpful… but I’m very picky with my things, and after paying almost $4,000 for a job done to my car I expect to at least receive it how I left it, but I was very sad seeing the interior of my car so dirty, now on top of the money that I paid there, I have to pay around $200 of my hard earned money for a detailing on the car, I was not really expecting that, it even feels that was made on purpose. I really wanted this shop to be my go to mechanic… this says a lot about this shop.

Robbies did some troubleshooting for me. They performed diagnostics free of charge. The issue that was found wasn't something they could tackle, it has to be done at a dealership but they did not charge me for diagnostics. All dealerships are charging two hundred and fifty dollars just to run diagnostics. Now I'll find out if this acceptable to the dealership to get my issue fixed or if they'll insist on the diagnostic fee. I will return to Robbies for future service. Great people who treat you fairly.
