Robbies at your service is a hidden jem in the multitude of automobile service shops. Im so glad that I found them, everyone that I had contact with were a pleasure to deal with even on one of the hottest days we've had for a while. I can now tell anyone who asks for a good place to take their vehicles for service to go to them and not be hoping that I was wrong. I would trust them with my daughters and my mother for quality workmanship and a truthful diagnosis. You can tell as soon as you walk through the door that you're in the right place.

Our family has been bringing all of our vehicles to Robbie’s for many years. Robbie and his staff always do a really great job and I trust them! They have done many repairs on our vehicles and always do it at the right price. Today I took my car in simply for an oil change and they were as friendly as always.

Spoke with Sally. She said Robbie is so nice, caring, and he always does a little bit more than what he is expected to do.

Only place I trust my vehicle mechanical repairs to be done...great people, and great customer service!

So after corresponding with Robbie, he agreed that we didn't get the service they are used to delivering to their customers. I offered to split the cost of the repair with him since some of it was diagnostic related but he offered to issue us a full refund for the service! A/C issues are never easy to resolve so we plan to give Robbie's another shot in the future. Anyone that stands behind their service like this has my vote! 2009 Honda CRV, A/C was working intermittently when we brought it in to have Robbie's look it over. They called said it was low on refrigerant and that they were going to add more with dye to identify leak. They then called to say they found the leak and replaced a valve. We were then told the compressor was bad and that it would be $2,000 to replace the entire cooling system! They also claimed to have fixed the "check gas cap" error warning our SUV was experiencing but it promptly came back on during the drive home. At the end of the day, we paid $140 dollars for service that resulted in the A/C going from working intermittently to not working at all. We are currently getting a second assessment from another mechanic.

I'm very pleased, everyone was nice and professional. Wouldn't trust my car with anyone else.

The crew at Robbie's is out standing, in particular JJ. He did an outstanding job communicating problems and obstacles him and his team faced. I would 10 out of 10 recommend Robbies Auto Repair to anyone I know, and plan on it. Pricing seemed fair for amount of work done. Probably not the cheapest, but by far not the most expensive. Quality work isn't cheap, but cheap work isn't quality. Good shop, good people.

Gave me a complete detailed explanation of the computer codes, and what causes the check engine light to come on. Very thorough.
