I have taken my car to Robbies for estimates, and also to have a major repair completed. Both times the estimate was total, both parts (once also giving me used parts to help and compare costs against new) and labor. One was a decent amount lower than two other places, who wouldn't even look for used parts to help me with the cost. The family who runs Robbies are very kind and helpful, quick to answer or explain any of my questions. The actual repair I had done was completed in a day, totally explained to me before hand with incusion of cost of parts they may find that were getting worn while they were taking the engine apart to get to the actual broken item, which would have saved me tremendous labor cost if something needed replaced and wasn't this time, which I appreciated because the labor would not have had to have been duplicated. Professional, fast, knowledgeable, I will not take my car anywhere else now. I will recommend them to anyone I know who is having issues. The garage is very clean (not that it counts, but it shows me the professionalism of the mechanics) as there aren't parts laying everywhere, tools here and there, piles of trash nowhere. They must take pride in their garage, and that reflects on their work.
